I am absolutely impressed by this thing. It curbs your appetite really well and gives you an extra energy boost. About a month and a half into taking thermolean I am down 35lbs and that is without exercise! The weight loss is going to be almost scary once i start combining these pills with exercise. I highly recommend these pills to anyone,they are cheap and extremely effective. Incase anyone is wondering I am a 25 year old male  2010-05-13 By: Fighting Baby Weight PA I am more consicous of what I eat,and I do follow the dosage instructions that’s on the label. I don’t get the "warming feeling" like the product describes until a few hours after taking ThermoLean - maybe because I take it with meals. Taking it with very little or without food makes me feel kind of jittery and/or nauseated. I also had headaches at the end of the day for the first few days I started taking the supplements. The one positive thing I’ve noticed is that it does help to suppress appetite. I’m sure if I were more consistent with my workouts,I’d see some more results. 2010-04-01 By: Sarah MD I would DEFINITELY recommend this package. I think my metabolism has changed because I used to bodybuild and run ALOT and could drop weight pretty quickly just be cleaning up my diet,but lately no matter what I do,the scale did not budge. UNTIL I bought ThermoLean along with 7-keto DHEA. Taking both of these together and decreasing the portions of what I eat has caused me to lose 9 lbs. in FOUR WEEKS ... woohoo! I am SO happy. I just have 7-8 more lbs to go to reach my goal.
