The reason it's harder to lose fat in these places is because fat cells here typically have a much higher number of alpha 2 receptors.

What does this mean and how does yohimbine help? Alpha 2 receptors are like "off switches" for fat cells and fat loss - yohimbine helps you burn that "stubborn" fat by blocking the alpha 2 receptors - preventing the fat burning switches to be set to "off" in these cells. As an added benefit, it also has mild appetite suppressing effects.

In fact, according to a study conducted at the University of Geneva in Switzerland, and published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition (November, 1999), individuals who were given a combination of caffeine and green tea extract burned more calories than those given only caffeine, or a placebo!

Follow the instructions and precautions/warnings listed on the bottle. It's quite strong, so do not use it for more than 60 days without a two week break before resuming. That said, here are some specific guidelines:

- ThermoLean Dosage for Fat Loss: Take 2 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast or morning workout and 2 more capsules in the afternoon.
