This product is awesome for energy and to control eating....I am 24 and have 3 young boys who like snacks and sometimes not the healthiest ones. This has really helped me to back off and get control of eating because it was out of control and needed to be stopped. Just do not take this pill in the evening or you will never go to sleep. It works good but,you need to drink your water and keep up with your strength training and cardio. Nothing will work without some work.

I took NV for a month and it really helped as far as the energy is concerned. However if I ate more than a few bites at a meal,I would feel extremely nauseas the rest of the day. Maybe it's just me,though. I lost a couple of pounds,but don't feel it's worth it (to me) to buy another bottle. Love the energy but can't deal with the nausea.

Been taking it for 3 days,I take it at 7;30 and 2:30pm. I can barely get through my normal 3 meals. A few bites and Im done. I guess for some it doesnt work but in these past few days I am full all the time,the cravings are gone. That never happens because I am a midday and late night snacker. I have been on NV for 2 weeks now. I have a little extra energy but feel jittery and barfy.. I have lost 4 pounds but I think that is because I have started a new eating program. I haven't noticed my hair or nails improving like they said. I would tell you to save your money,or check into a different type of pill. I think NV is over-rated.

It is fair..i have been taking it for about 3 weeks now. I think the pills work really well if you are commited and really push yourself. It supresses my apetite and gives me energy. I don't see how someone can be on this product for only a week and see any results,especially in their hair & nails. And claiming to lose an inch in their waistline in ONE WEEK?!?! That's ridiculous. I seriously doubt a presonal trainer would even ALLOW someone to take a dietary supplement like NV in the first place. I took NV regularly for two weeks,then stopped and then took it again for a couple days to just 'make sure' and I was right... taking this stuff was giving me horrible headaches,and causing me irritability. Sure,I had an energy boost early morning,but the way I felt by mid-afternoon wasn't worth it. Lose weight the RIGHT way people - eat right and EXERCISE. I'm sorry i tired thelazy way.

I have only been using NV for about a week and a half,but so far the results have been amazing. I lost five pounds in the first three days (maybe mostly water weight,but either way,it make me look and feel great),and there have been no negative side-effects except for that pill-y feeling in my stomach if I don't drink enough water when I take the pill. NV has completely taken away my appetite,which I see as a good thing,because now I can eat solely what I need for nutrition and never feel hungry. I used to binge-eat and feel like I couldn't control myself,and now I hardly ever even think about food. NV gives me energy,but not jittery energy... just makes me feel very awake all day,and I don't have any problems sleeping at night. As far as the beauty aspects... I can't say much because I haven't been taking it long enough. My skin has cleared up dramatically though,but that could also be a result of all the extra water this pill requires you to drink. I would highly reccommend this pill! It works great if you follow the directions.

I was very excited to try NV. I have never used any other diet pills,but this one seemed different. I have only been on it for a week,but the results are already so obvious. The downside-- MAJOR migraines!! I do not usually get migraines,but have been battling this for 2 days now. Unfortunately,I heard that this is a side effect and will have to stop taking the pills.

This product gives me energy without any feelings of anxiety,but I have to be careful if I drink anything with caffeine while taking NV or else I get extremely jittery. I'm not sure how much it has helped with weightloss. I have been cutting calories and working out for 3.5 months now and I've lost 13 lbs. My skin has never been great so I can't say it has helped any at all but my nails seem to be growing faster than normal.

I have been taking this product on and off for about 3 months. When I got back into a regular routine about 2 months ago,I noticed I needed a little energy booster so I started taking these again. It definitely helps you with suppressing your appetite - but make sure you still eat something every few hours as your body will not continue to burn fat if you dont continue to feed it thoroughout the day. If you work out,with these pills it seems to give you a good energy booster as well but it is definitely important to allow the 30 mins after you take the pills to allow your body to fully digest it and drink ALOT of water as with any pills. Good thing is it is composed of alot of caffeine and NOT Ephedra. When taking these pills you should not be consuming any caffeine other than these pills as they are worth 4 cups of coffee!! I have been exercising and eating sensibly for approximately 8 months,and although i was losing weight the rate of my weightloss was discouragingly slow. I started taking NV 2 months ago and I have gone from 147 LBS to 134 lbs effortlessly. In fact I lost more weight in the last 2 months than I had in the 6 months prior. I definitely endorse this product. I believe it is the hoodia and the green tea that accelerated my fat burning ability and helped suppress my appetite. As far as it being instrumental in making one more beautiful,i don't know if i can support that claim. I certainly feel more beautiful because i feel healthier and trimmer and that's what's important. It may not work for everyone but it certainly helped me overcome my metabolic resistance. I'd say try it before you judge it. Carmen Electra as a spokesperson is a crock; but if you educate yourself on the ingredients,you'll see why it may be an effective product for you,too.

I have been taking NV for about a week. I have not noticed any bad side effects as with other pills I have taken such as jitters,upset stomach,etc. However,I must also add that I havent noticed increased energy either ( a good aspect as far as Im concerned). After only a week,my nails are stronger/longer,I have received compliments on my hair looking healthier (Ive noticed too!) and I am proud to admit that I have,again within only a week's time,lost an inch off my waist and 1/2 inch from my hips/thighs. Keep in mind though,that I am also strictly following a diet/exercise program given to me by my personal trainer that I originally started when I was going to enter a figure compition. However,I would like to beleive that NV is aiding my weight loss at a quicker rate. Also a nice bonus is that the bottle is sleek and sexy. I am not embarrassed to carry it with me. A lot of people did not realize they were pills and mistaken it for perfume! So,taking everything into consideration,all in all,my overall review of the product is a positive one.
