Directions For MoodPak Sleep: As a dietary supplement for adults, begin by taking 1 capsule aprox 20 minutes prior to sleep to assess your individual tolerance. Thereafter consume up to 2 capsules. Do not consume more than 2 capsules in any 24 hour period.
