I have been taking Cylaris for about a week and a half,and I love it. Even though I have not weighed myself my clothes fits a lot better and I can see the difference. The only con that I have with this product is the side effects. It gets me really nauseous and at first felt horrible,but as your body starts getting used to it you start not to feel anything. Great product,really works!!!
