The ankle cuffs work well as an arthritis-friendly accessory to a Bowflex. Only drawback is that,even at their smallest adjustment,they are loose on a small woman’s wrist,a risk for blisters. Company needs to make a smaller size for athletic women,especially since many Latino women now work out and they have tiny wrists and ankles.
