- Train very heavy and get plenty of rest

Directions For German American Technologies FinaJet: Take 2 tablets daily, one with breakfast and one with lunch for eight consecutive weeks. Then take a one month break and repeat. Use Finajet in conjunction with an intense diet and exercise program.
