This product is phenomenal - I did my homework,and settled on ECA Stack based on prior reviews. Incredible! I’ve shed 15 lbs within the month. My only suggestion - take less than the recommended dose. The manufacturer suggests two capsules a day for two consecutive days,with the third day off. I’ve been doing one a day with a third day off,and it has worked fine.

My wife has lost around 40+ lbs using the ephedra stack(ECA). It is the ONLY diet pill combination that has actually worked,out of all of the pills. I have thrown away hundreds of dollars on the non-ephedra or non-ephedrine pills that you find at CVS,Walgreens,GNC,Wal-mart,etc. and she didn't lose any weight until the ECA stack. Great product. Lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks with high protein and low-fat diet. Just follow directions and U will be losing weight too. I would recommend this product. Just don't believe all the hype about ephedra being bad for U. Its people that overdose or have heart problems knowing that ephedra is not FOR EVERYBODY! But its not that dangerous either.
