Great product. Lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks with high protein and low-fat diet. Just follow directions and U will be losing weight too. I would recommend this product. Just don't believe all the hype about ephedra being bad for U. Its people that overdose or have heart problems knowing that ephedra is not FOR EVERYBODY! But its not that dangerous either.

I have been talking same for 3 weeks and have loss 7 lbs. I am sixty yr old female,workout 6 days a week,eat clean and am in menopause. Ephedra products are the only thing that work.
