Directions: As an adult dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules before breakfast or morning exercise session, and two (2) more capsules at mid-afternoon. Initially, take half the recommended amount (one (1) capsule 2 times daily) for the first 7 days to determine your tolerence. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.
