Directions: On workout days take 4 capsules 30 minutes pre workout and 4 capsules following workout, or at least 2 hours between dosings. Drink at least 16 oz. of water with each dose. To enhance effect take 4 capsules in the morning on non workout days with a protein rich meal and another 8 hours later with a protein rich meal.
