Directions:
On Training Days: Mix 1 scoop with 10-12 fl.oz. of cold water 30-40 minutes prior to training (preferably on an empty stomach). Take an additional serving 1 scoop with 12-12 fl.oz. of cold water immediately after training.
On Non-Training Days: Mix 1 scoop with 10-12 fl.oz. of cold water between breakfast and lunch.
