Directions:    Add 2 scoops (28 gms) Proto Whey 3/4 cup (6 oz.) cold water and stir. There is no need for blending. Proto Whey may also be mixed with milk, milk substitutes, juice, tea coffee and/or blended with ice for a delicious and nourishing dessert drink.
