Directions:

Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 5 to 16 oz of cold water and consume 30-40 minutes prior to training. To assess your tolerance, begin by using one half of one scoop the first time you use it. DO NOT EXCEED ONE SCOOP PER DAY. Fusion Force is a high-nutrient formulation and some people may want to consume a small meal approximately 30 minutes prior to using for easier assimilation.

Non-Training Days: As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop with 5 to 16 oz of cold water and consume in the morning.
